Delivery Policy

BOX Menswear products are delivered using Royal Mail, Hermes and DHL delivery services and should be expected to be delivered to you within the following time frames:

UK Delivery

Standard orders for within the United Kingdom should be delivered within 1-3 working days but could take up to 7 working days. Orders should be placed before 3pm in order to ensure dispatch the same working day. Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched on the next working day.

International Delivery

International orders should be delivered within 5-10 working days, but could take up to 30 working days. Please note that no further action can be taken by Box Menswear until this 30 day period has passed.
We are also trialing a new delivery service using USPS in the USA. This is an exciting development in order to improve our delivery service and speed to you. 

UK & USA Holidays

Monday 27th May is a bank / public holiday in the UK and the USA, as a consequence orders may experience a slight delay. We'll be working round the clock to keep delays to a minimum. 

Secret Sale

Due to a high volume of orders, any orders placed during a Secret Sale event might experience a slight delay. Again, we'll be working non-stop to get these out to you. 

Delivery to Mexico :( 

 Please note we currently do not currently delivery to Mexico. Whilst this is hugely regrettable due to delays of up to a year (seriously!) in customs and the postal system we've had to withdraw Mexico from our worldwide delivery. We're working on a alternative and hope to be able to offer anyone in Mexico an alternate soon.
